On-site parking is not available at this time. Nearby and weekend parking options can be found at the Block 37 Garage, located at 127 N Dearborn St.

Our spaces are located on Floor 4 at 33 N Dearborn. Enter through the Dearborn St. lobby and check in with security, who will grant you and your guests access through the elevator bay turnstiles.

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. For weekend bookings, please coordinate with the Meetings & Events Manager.

All licensed vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets our building standards. For more details, please contact Logan, the Meetings & Events Manager, to review the building requirements and arrange freight elevator access.

Yes, outside catering is allowed from licensed vendors or store-bought items. Homemade goods are not permitted. All vendors require a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Payments are processed electronically via an online invoice sent through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and Cash App. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least three (3) business days before your event.

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 15 days before the event date. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least one week before the event.
If canceled within one week, you will be charged for: (1) the full room rental fee and (2) any applicable after-hours facility fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for any approved expenses incurred by our team for event planning, regardless of the notice period.
